I met the Carter Twins last night. I remember being so surprised when I found out that the Carter Twins were coming to my town. My town is a really really small town ((Like, you have to buy a County Map just to find it on a map)) and I was so excited to here them sing. My friend Stephanie were walking around waiting for the concert to start ((it was still two hours before)) and we saw their tour bus behind my aunts store. I had taken my diary with me because I was going to ask for their autograph. I got my friend Brian to knock on their tour bus door. There was no one inside. Someone came up and asked if we were looking for the Carter Twins and we said yes. They said that the Twins were down at Benjis. We ran in the rain to Benjis. We went inside and sat down and started eating Reeses Pie ((Benjis has the best in the world)). I opened my diary and started writing about what had happened so far at the Bog Off that day ((like my chorus almost collapsing the stage)) when someone from their staff came up and asked if we wanted to meet them. I, stuttering, said yes. I pushed Stephanie in front of me. I was so nervous to meet them. We introduced ourselves and talked for a while, until their food came. The Carter Twins are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They said that Stevie and I were funny, and I thanked them for coming to a town like mine. I asked them to sign my diary, and they did. We went back to our table, finished our pie, and left. Once we got to the concert, while their were setting up, I yelled out to Josh, and Stephanie asked if we could get a picture with them after the concert, and he said sure. After the concert there was a huge line at the table where they were taking pictures and signing autographs. Stephanie and I started walking around the block. We passed their tour bus and stopped when we passed a part of it that was blowing out hot air ((we were wet and cold. It was raining during the concert)). We continued on our way around the block after a moment and then waited in line to get a picture. Once we got up to them they told us hello and we asked for a picture. I told them that we had used their bus for a heater and Zack laughed and said they do it too. People will come up asking for pictures and he'll be like "Lets move over here." It was an awesome night and they are amazing people. They are so sweet and kind.
